About the Program

We are excited to launch our first C3 I.D.E.A (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access) Accelerator – powered by Accenture. The program addresses key milestones in the journey of impact entrepreneurs who are creating change in the lives of women, youth, minorities, people of determination and those who provide financial inclusion solutions. The aim is to support entrepreneurs maximise the impact that they have on their respective communities, embed Diversity and Inclusion practices within their organisation, achieve financial sustainability, and, ultimately, solve major challenges at scale.

Eligibility Criteria

To apply to the C3 I.D.E.A Accelerator - Powered by Accenture - your startup must meet the following eligibility criteria:

Based in one of the following countries: UAE, KSA, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Lebanon, Jordan or Egypt
Early-stage, have at least a minimum Viable Product (MVP) and some traction
Leverage an emerging technology to develop your product/service
Contribute to at least one of the following UN SDGs: Goal 4: Quality Education, Goal 5: Gender Equality, Goal 8: Decent Work & Economic Growth, Goal 10: Reduced Inequality, and Goal 17: Partnerships for the Goals
Full-time commitment from at least one of the founders (startups with at least one woman co-founder or a co-founder who is a person of determination will be given priority in the selection process).

Application Process

Step 1: Fill Out the Application Form

Make sure you submit the complete application form by January 7, 2022 and ensure that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.

Incomplete forms will not be considered.

Step 2: Complete the Growth Predictor Test

(Shortlisted applicants only)

If your application is shortlisted, you will receive a link by email providing you with access to the C3 Growth Predictor test. This must be completed by January 12, 2022 in order to be considered for the semi-finals

Note: the C3 Growth Predictor test is mandatory for all shortlisted applicants that want to be considered for the program. However, the results are not considered in the selection process. The Growth Predictor Report will inform our program design team on what the selected participants need. This is an excellent tool to assess whether shortlisted applicants are growth-ready!

Step 3: Opening Ceremony and Training

By January 14, 2022 C3 will announce 10 participants who will access the unique C3 online training. The training includes interactive lectures and group workshops that the participants will benefit from.

On January 20, the 10 selected entrepreneurs will participate in the Opening Ceremony taking place at Expo 2020. The entrepreneurs will get to meet with Diversity and Inclusion experts, representatives from Accenture and the C3 team.
