How it works
Step 1: Discovering your Program Goals
Our program design experts will schedule in-depth meeting(s) or call(s) with the relevant stakeholders in your organization to clarify and outline the goals you want your program or initiative to achieve.
Step 2: Defining Options
Within a couple of weeks, our team will get back with a few options on how to best design the program considering your organization’s goals, high level timelines, and criteria. We will discuss the options and decide with you on the best one.
Step 3: Designing the Program
At this point, we will dig deeper and detail the program plan out including:
- Defining the eligibility criteria and selection processes
- Detail program plan and timelines
- Breakdown daily sessions and activities
- Develop program assessment criteria
- Identify trainers, speakers, and other experts required
- And more...
Step 4: Launching the Program
We will run or support your team with the outreach and awareness campaigns to attract eligible applicants and candidates.
Step 5: Managing the Program
We will manage all operational aspects of the program to ensure smooth and stress-free execution.
Step 6: Assessing Program Performance
At the end of the program, we will share a detailed report outlining the results of the program based on the assessment criteria agreed upon during the design phase.
