MBC Network, the leading private broadcasting network in the Middle East, wanted to launch an Academy to develop young media talent in both KSA and MENA with an aim to shape the future of the Cultural and Creative industry in the region. This included a broader set of initiatives such as, the development of industry associations, research institutions, innovation and training labs, competitions and awards, and other socially impactful initiatives.
The Academy’s key objectives are capacity building and skill development in the content development and production sector. Initiatives of the MBC Academy will include vocational training courses, workshops, creative labs, diplomas and certifications as well as degree scholarship programs.
C3 designed vocational and scholarship programs to develop creative talent in KSA. Developed MBC Academy’s business plan and partnership model. Developed the implementation plan and initiated discussions with partners locally and overseas.
